Sean Song

With eleven years of experience in the shipbuilding and offshore industries, Sean joined TMC with a diverse knowledge of construction, marine warranty, offshore, ships and MODUs design. He started his career working in a leading shipyard Keppel FELS (KFELS), building and repair offshore rigs. During his time with KFELS, Sean held a variety of positions and latterly rises to lead a fabrication team in Malaysia. Sean later joined BAE System in Glasgow working on the UK carrier and destroyer project, before joining LOC as a Naval Architect/MWS in the project and offshore team in London, Aberdeen and Singapore.

Sean has a diverse experience ranging from ships and rigs building to offshore which includes working on platforms, loadouts, offshore installation, float overs, pipe and umbilical lay, loadout and installation of wind turbines, sea trials and experiment,  jack-up and semi-submersible inspections, heavy lifting and transportation, subsea installation, FPSO surveys, sea-fastening, etc. Sean was engaged in a wide variety of engineering, marine warranty surveying and consultancy for the marine and offshore industries.
